ALL members need to renew their credentials bi-annual. Continuing Education is required for all members; this includes your NCMA Workshop, which may have a separate registration.
The bi-annual renewal fee is $280.00 for all credentials.
Late registration will be charged an additional $75 if less than three months expired totaling $355 or $280.00 per year expired for each year past due plus the $280.00 renewal fee. There is a $9.99 transaction fee for applicable payments added.
Credential renewals must be completed only through the form below. All required documentation(s) must be submitted at the time of application submission.
Failure to Renew
If you do not renew your credentials within 3 months from the expiration date, your membership will be deactivated.
To reactivate your credentials you will need to:
1. Pay the Late Registration Fee
2. Complete 90 Hours of Continuing Education from an approved CME provider.
3. Submit proof of your current BLS standing from the American Heart Association.
4. Complete the required CEU’s from the Medical Learning Network.
5. Retake the credential examinations.
*The Board reserves the right to use discretion for awarding membership on a case by case basis.
