ALL members need to renew their credentials bi-annually. Continuing Education is required for all members; this includes your NCMA workshop.
The bi-annual renewal fee is $300.00 for all credentials. Late registration will be charged an additional $75 if less than three months expired. There is a $30.00 processing fee.
Credential renewals must be completed only through the form below. All required documentation must be submitted at the time of application submission.
Failure to Renew
If you do not renew your credentials within 3 months from the expiration date, your membership will be deactivated.
To reactivate your credentials you will need to:
- Formal employment verification letter. (MUST be typed on letterhead and must include: your full name, job title, start date, tasks responsible for as well as contact information and signature of supervisor)
- Current CPR/BLS for healthcare providers from/by the American Heart Association.
- Make payment of fees as applicable
- Complete 90 hours of Continuing Education from an NCMA approved CME provider.
- Complete the required CEU’s from the Medical Learning Network.
- Retake the credential examinations (if applicable).
*The Board reserves the right to use discretion for awarding membership on a case by case basis.
