Medical Massage Therapy Workshop | NCMA
The cost of the workshop fees are below. I understand that once my registration is received, I will be invoiced after it has been processed for the workshop and/or credential renewal fee(s), which I will pay within 48 hours of its receipt, otherwise my application will not be finalized and my seat will not be reserved.
For the 20 continuing education credit workshop only, the cost online is $400.00.
To renew the credential only, the cost online is $280.00.
For the 20 continuing education credit workshop AND to renew the credential, the cost online is $680.00.
CMA, Phlebotomy and EKG Workshop
The cost of the workshop is $280.00, which includes the cost of renewal for current active members only. For inactive, expired or non-members, the cost of the workshop will vary.
Continuing Medical Education Workshop | Third-Party
The NCMA has no control over events not operated directly by the NCMA. The registration, costs, CME's, information, details, etc. are at the sole discretion of the workshop host. Any questions, comments or concerns must be sent directly to the organization hosting the event.
ALL REGISTRATIONS SUBMITTED WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PHYSICAL EVENT WILL BE SUBJECTED TO THE SAME-DAY FEE SCHEDULE RATE.
Workshop and Credential Payment Process
No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations
Registration fees and all other fees are non-refundable. The sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is strictly permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event, or related event(s). If an event is postponed or cancelled, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the event to within twelve (12) months from its original scheduled date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled seminar on a dollar for dollar basis only. In the event the NCMA elects not to reschedule the cancelled event. NCMA will grant registrant alternate options to recertify. The NCMA is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
